I'd like to hear the personal tolerance range of the others co-maintaining the gallery of Yugioh Magicians.
Personally (member: Sleepy17), and this is also for regular members that like to submit entries often to read:
I accept fanart regardless of the skill level of the artists, but it has to be fanart.
I don't accept the entries that are just people uploading actual card arts, even if they are anime/manga only. That also goes for simple re-coloring of certain parts, and I'm really iffy about the American anime adaptations (i.e. the cards that look like they are from the dub anime with just the big ATK/DEF/Level stats and no text or name).
I however do accept mature/adult content (we even have a folder for it) and even self-made cards, although this last one gets me in trouble because there is a fine and very blurry line in deciding when something looks like it is from Yugioh, or when it is something completely unrelated that someone submitted to get more views. Thankfully the image descriptions and other quick investigations help.
I apologize btw, I created the fanfic folder, but said fanfics can only be organized so much so if you are a writer that can get done multiple chapters, there's no way I can help put them together. Also, I confess I'm yet to actually read a single of the entries on the folder, but this is more so for time-managing issues (IRL can be absorbent like that).
You as the members also feel free to discuss and comment. What you think I could do to improve the club in its organization and acceptance tolerances (i.e. what I'm doing horribly wrong xD), regardless of if you are very active at submitting or just like looking around (I need to really find the time to organize the featured folders btw, that is long overdue).

Generic Journal Entry Tittle Goes Here~
I'd like to ask anyone who submits any entries to this place to please:
-Don't post images of already-existing cards or already official Yugioh images. I'm not sure how much I've allowed it and passed it in the past, but I'd like to correct that now (better late than never, right?)
-Be patient. We'll eventually get to your submissions.
So don't post the same one multiple times.
And I don't know what causes entries to "expire" even though they sometimes do without even being the oldest ones, but if what causes it is the uploader losing his/her patience, I can only advice to wait a bit longer. Everything eventually gets looked at, and if it d
